On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, Mr. Suvit Maesincee, Minister of Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation visited Chulalongkorn University with a warm welcome from the administrative board and lecturers led by the President, Prof. Bundhit Eua-arporn, Ph.D. at a meeting room 202, 2nd floor, Chamchuri 4 Building. The purpose of this visit was to present the ministry's policy to CU administrative boards that they wanted to focus on policies in 3 areas: manpower development, knowledge creation, and innovation processes. The President also presented a major change in Chulalongkorn University, which focused on 3 areas: learning, research, and innovation. At this meeting, Prof. Vipan Prachuabmoh, Ph.D. (Planning Director) was assigned by the President to present Chulalongkorn University Platform for Ageing Research Innovation (Chula ARi) because it is a project that fulfills the university's policy change that focuses on research and innovation.Chula ARi is a project that integrates science and cooperation in various areas between CU faculties and external agencies to participate in research work on the aging society that will be used to formulate national policies and develop an aging society system.
